Gourmet Chocolate

Gourmet chocolate is a prized dessert option. Chocolate itself has been valued for over three millennia. For most of its history, it was consumed as a drink.

Today, however, gourmet chocolate may take many forms. Here are a few examples:
•Mousses – Fluffy forms of chocolate cream.
•Truffle – A soft-centered chocolate.
•Nougat – A chewy, candy-centered type of gourmet chocolate.
•Chocolate gingers – Gingersnaps or candied ginger wrapped in chocolate.
